The outbreak of COVID-19 has forced many of us into a state of confusion with the heavyweight of the unknown. Yet, with our industry’s incredible power, we can get closer to understanding consumers and how the pandemic has been impacting their daily lives, for the better, and the worse.
The following report asks four new questions to our sample of 1,000 U.S. respondents:
- Are you using your time during social distancing for learning/refreshing your career skills?
- What types of learning experiences are you focusing on during social distancing?
- Which best describes what “getting back to normal” will mean to you after the COVID-19 outbreak is over?
- Has the incidence of ordering things online and having them delivered to your home increased, decreased, or remained the same since COVID-19?
